AfroTropica

AfroTropica is a colourful Cape Town based steel band playing a vibrant repertoire of Caribbean, African and Jazz Tunes. The instrumentation is dominated by the steel pan –an instrument that originated on the island of Trinidad in the 1940’s and is augmented with percussion and drums.

They have performed at high profile functions as well as many 5 star hotels like the Table Bay Hotel, Ratanga Junction as well as many government functions. They have just performed for Door 6 in Mozambique. This festive band are a must have for your Themed party or event
