 A comedy stalwart, 2012 marked Barry’s 30th year as a professional, successful stand-up comedian.  He is a pioneer of comedy in South Africa and both a role model and inspiration to the country’s other comedians. 

 With his relaxed stage demeanour and unique international appeal, Barry continues to strive and thrive. Steering clear of political satire, swearing, explicit content and blasphemy, he was shortlisted alongside John Cleese, for Best Comedy Act Dubai 2013.
