Ghungroo Indian Dance Academy

 

 

 Kirti Ravjee is an expert in the Kathak, Bharata Natyam and Bollywood Dance. She has travelled  and studied extensively in her dedication to instruct, Chrograph and Perform these beautiful Dance Forms.

While In London, Kirti joined the Bollywood Grooves Performance Troupe and has been performing and choreographing since a young age, learning from movies and taking lots of influence from her classical training.

Kirti has performed at many events and the highlights include : The Diwali Festival at Trafalgar Square in London, the Kala Academy in Goa after a workshop with Pandit Birju Maharaj, the Chidambaram Temple In Chennai, Uma Sharma's Krishna Janmasthami Festival in Delhi, the Mini Hall In Chennai, the Food and Wine Festival in Cape Town and the Newtown Diwali Festival.

Kirti's main aim is to promote the three beautiful dance forms and thus she founded the Ghungroo Dance Academy.

In the 2 years that the Ghungroo Dance Academy has been open, they have accomplished a great deal of highly successful performances and achievements such as:
